Hi Pak Haris,
I have a good time on last Thursday with you on all the doubts and issues that happened in Injection sections. The areas that not meeting our expectation and also the potential risk in causing line stop in house and externals due to machine capacity , tooling and machines breakdown awaiting for repair. As we all understand that we are entering into the high peak season in meeting the customers demand, the managing skill and the technical skill of our members are very crucial. I have recruited Pak Christianto –Assistant manager to support Injection team and PPIC to ensure quick response to all issues that may cause line down in house as well as external customers.
Pak Christianto will be assign to take full lead and responsibility for the night shift and fully responsible to support Harmaini to achieve the plans. Please give your full support and guidance to him and treat him as your second man in assisting you in achieving the improvement in shortest time.
As what I have told you that you must help to release Harmaini’s burden, his health is not that sound and need support from you. I have always seen him reporting the MC down and not running and seek help to quickly resume the production but the actions were late , of course I understand sometimes due to spare part delay or holding by some parties, however , it still need your attention and pushing to all related people to act quickly.
There were many doubts that I felt in you and had clarifying with you in our discussion that I hoped it will be drained off in my memories and wish that we can start a new and build the brand new injection section with the new strategies and plan.
I’m now looking for a good Mold shop manager who can support production to resolve tooling issues so that production can achieve better productivity and efficiency in daily performance.
Remember that I have said, life journey is a matter of shaping process, there are many things turns up the way not we want but if we treasure all the “Not we want” into the driving power to drive us to “we want” them life will be more simple and achievable. In order to live happy, there were some rules that we have to follow:
1. Free our Heart from hatred.
2. Free our Mind from worries.
3. Less expectation.
4. Live simple.
5. Give more contributions….
6. Always regards yourself as a friend…
7. Think that you are working for God and not the Man….
Haris , Please continue to high light the progress like what you have done in your recent mail to related team… this is a good practice.
