Don't Get Upset....

....People will always complain no matter how good they have it. Don't take it personally and let complaints upset you. It's human nature to complain. Play it cool. Take it in your stride. It's part of your job to deal with such matters.

Cocok banget dengan realitas sehari-hari di pabrik. Semua hal pasti di complain, yang penting komplain dulu dengan harapan moga-moga ada perubahan kalau pun nggak ada ya..udah deh. Terutama kalau berurusan dengan serikat pekerja. Kalau hal ini di masukin ke hati, bisa-bisa kurus kering nih badan..he..x3.
